I deliver meals to the elderly on Saturdays for the Rebecca Project. Today when I delivered to Mr. Powell, I noticed that his house was hot and he didn't even have a fan running. I checked his A/C and noted that the outside until was not coming on at all. I found a fan and got it blowing on Mr. Powell and then I immediately called Cole's because I have used them for my own home and knew they would take care of Mr. Powell who is a 94 year old WWII Veteran. They had someone out within about an hour. They know that the heat can be dangerous for our elderly and they took care of Mr. Powell and fixed his A/C in short order. Thanks so much for your care of him and your fantastic employees who really care about people!

I would like to comment on one of your employees. His name is Robert and he just finished a service call on my air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable on all air conditioning and especially on the systems your company sells. Due to his knowledge and being able to answer all my questions, I am procuring a new Air Conditioning system from COLES. You are lucky to have men of his calibre in your employment.

Last weekend our a/c went out. Living in Texas on the verge of summer, having cold air is a must out here. First off I was very surprised when they came out on Memorial Day to help us. I was expecting every where to be closed, but not Cole A/C. They came out promptly and fixed what was wrong with our air conditioning (I think we needed a new condenser motor or something...) and my heart is filled with such gratitude that even though it was a holiday, they still came out and happily worked on our unit. Great job, Cole A/C! I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else and you’ve gained a customer for life!

Cole A/C & Appliance is amazing!!!! Always professional, friendly and fast. My 2 kids and I came home tonight (after a long, exhausting day) to no a/c.....and this Texas heat was showing us who's boss. One of Cole's after-hour techs (Mark) came to our rescue within 20minutes and had our a/c fixed in no time! So impressed and grateful for their service. Having your A/C stop working in August is never a welcome event. However, Cole A/C's response certainly made it more manageable. Cyrus returned our voice mail message last Friday evening and came out Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. We decided to replace our aging unit, but it could not be done until the following Thursday (today). Knowing 2 or our youngest grandchildren were staying with Grammy & Gramps for several days, Cyrus went the extra mile by safely bypassing a bad circuit-board so our house could stay cool until the new unit was available. Shane & Jacob arrived this morning with the new unit, as promised. They both worked steadily and efficiently in the extreme heat of our attic & scorching outside temperature until the job was properly finished, being careful in the process not to damage anything and making sure to clean up, pack up and haul all the old system off. We appreciate these 3 Cole Professionals for their service and the way they pro!
vided it.

My almost 10 year relationship with Cole's has been very rewarding. Finding contractors who do a good job, are on time or even show up is very rare these days. I called around 8:00 am and Robert was here before noon. The fact that your technicians drive from Athens to Buffalo is a miracle. I would just like to let you know how pleased I am with the service performed by one of your employees. "Tim" arrived at my home within thirty minutes of my requesting service. He did an excellent job while at my home. He evaluated my problem thoroughly and found the reason for my heat pump failure quickly. He explained what the problem was very clearly and had the issue resolved within a short period. I really appreciate the quick service and professionalism of the service technician Tim. I want to compliment you and your organization on good business practices and great customer service. I have been a 30 year customer of yours who built his house using all things from your store.  Through the years we have replaced and upgraded many many things all to our satisfaction. Back in May we decided to upgrade our central air unit. I was thinking a new outside unit but your tech man Cody explained the benefits of a complete new unit with the newer freon and energy efficiency. He made some pretty big promises on energy savings that made me want to take a chance on all new equipment. Boy have I been pleased. It has been everything Cody said it would be and more.

I hope you will recognize this young man for really taking the time to explain this new system to me and for exceptional customer service. It's the reason we keep coming to your store. This letter is mainly to  compliment Cody but I have always been given such good service by all your employees. Please thank them for me as this is the key to your success.

We had the nicest group of guys come in and replace two units. They were very professional and polite. They did a pretty big project in one day and managed to clean up after themselves after a very loooooong day. I couldn’t be happier, my air actually cooled to my desired temp within a few minutes versus the hours it was taking.
Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days in August at 4.00 in the afternoon. I called Cole Air conditioning and within 10 minutes a service tech showed up and repaired our unit. Unfortunately the unit went out again during the night. Michael Morrison came out the next day and evaluated our unit and gave us several price options. Our new unit was installed and working. We so appreciated the quick and professional service from all the Cole family.

On 01/23/2014 your company installed a new heat pump at our residence. We want to take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciated the service and professionalism provided by your employees.

Wes, the repairman who responded to our request for service, went above and beyond to insure that we were satisfied with the service provided and followed up to insure that our unit was working properly. He helped us choose a new unit and kept us informed as to when we could expect installation. Wes, in my opinion is an excellent representative for your company.

Robert and Logan, the installers, were very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job and left our home and yard as clean is not cleaner than it was when they started the job. They were very courteous and patient. They answered all our questions (of which there were many) about the operation and maintenance of the unit. We were very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service they provided.

If we were rating your employees and the service they provided on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) we would have given them a 10. We hope you appreciate them as much as we do.

We will be recommending Cole Air Conditioning to our friends and family. Please extend our thanks to Wes, Robert and Logan for a job well done.

Dear Sir:
The purpose of this letter is to convey to you a few comments about three of your employees and the recent installation of a 4-ton Amana ASx16 series air conditioning system and gas furnace in our home.

I want to first comment on your employee MR. Cody McCleary. Cody (if it is alright that I call him by his first name) was an extremely friendly and well qualified individual who instilled confidence upon initial contact. I trust Cody and because of him, I purchased the above Unit from your Company. He was very friendly, clean and neat in appearance, and I believe extremely well qualified for the position which he fills in your Company.

Your AC technicians Mr. Patrick Donohue and Mr. David Edwards came to our home on Tuesday, 21 April 2015 to install the above AC/Heating systems. Both men were very friendly, both were clean and neat, and they appeared to be never too busy to answer any questions that I might ask of them. I do not think that this installation on their part was "normal" for the reasons that they had to remove a very old (30 years) system; and the opening in the ceiling of our home (through which they had to remove an old system and reinstall the new) was too small and required a lot of "yankee engineering". These guys worked very long on a very difficulty job and I never heard them once complain. Rather they stayed with the job until it was completed and that was late, around 8 pm or so. They did not take a lunch break.

These are three employees, in my judgment, of which I believe you can be justly proud. We feel sure that they are so full of promise for the future and that they will continue to be a real asset to your fine Company.

We respectfully ask that you please recognize these three individuals and let them know how much we do appreciate their professional abilities and all that they did for both my wife and I. We are well pleased with these three employees and the job that they did for us in particular and the Cole Air Conditioning and Appliance Company in general.

Dear sir,
My wife and I have a cabin just north of Athens on a small private lake called Fly-In Lake. On the weekend of January 7th and 8th we made the trip from our home in Southlake and got to the lake house at about 5.30PM. The temperature inside the cabin was holding at 60 degrees, which is what I have the thermostat adjusted to when we're not there during the winter. I raised it to a comfortable 68. The system started up just like it usually does. At 10.00 that evening the thermostat showed 65 degrees and had not shut down since we arrived. I didn't worry about it due to the extreme cold weather but at 1.30 Sunday morning it was still running and the temperature was still at 65 degrees. I shut the system down worrying that something bad might be wrong. Inside temperature got down to 60 that morning so I called your company. Cole's installed the system, which included a heat pump, in December of 2011. I left a message for a repair and a few minutes later, Mark, one of your service repairmen called me back and he spent a long time explaining to me a lot of things I didn't know about my unit. This was early Sunday morning when most people are still in bed. My wife and I really appreciate Mark calling us back. We were about to pack up and head back home but Mark explained to me about turning on the Emergency Heat which I didn't know I had. We had heat the rest of the day! On Tuesday, January 10, Mark came to the cabin to check the system. The problem was a wiring issue when the unit was installed. Mark called and explained everything to me. I should have heat for our
trip there this weekend.

The purpose of this letter is to tell you and your company, and especially Mark, how grateful my wife and I are for people like you who extend such exceptional customer service to those of us who are in need. I usually don't write letters like this but this is such an unusual case in today's times. Sometimes it seems that good customer service is a thing of the past, but not at Cole's. Thanks for hiring people like Mark.

Dear Janie & Cole employees,
We want to thank you for the prompt attention and repair of our air conditioner last week. We called and spoke with Angie and Mo on a Monday morning. By 9.00AM a service man was here. The part needed for the repair had to be ordered. You went above and beyond what other companies might do to find the part, have it shipped and get it installed.

Angie kept us informed every step of the way. The expected delivery date was August 18 and you were able to expedite it and the repair was done August 7th. With temperatures forecast for 100+ degrees for the weekend, that extra effort was especially appreciated.

We have bought a lot of appliances from your store during the 15 years we have lived in Athens and have always gotten excellent, personalized service. It is nice to have a store of
your quality in Athens.

Dear Janie, Moe, & Judy,
When Darlene & I built our Athens home in 2006 we purchased all our kitchen appliances (except refrigerator) from Cole. Travis and AJ have always been responsive and have done a great job for us whenever we've needed service on any of our appliances.
Recently a Tappin A/C unit (installed by someone else when our house was built) stopped cooling and Tim came out quickly. Based on his assessment, we decided to have Cole replace it with a new, more efficient Trane A/C unit. Clayton & Robert were very professional, friendly and efficient when they installed our new A/C unit.
We just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you and each of your employees who have been involved in the sales, installation, repairs and customer service we have received from Cole over the 12 years we've lived in Athens. Thank you!

Another disaster was averted on November 14, 2014, with thanks to your fine organization. With several days in the forecast for below freezing, our large central heat/air unit became inoperative. Our drama began on November 10, which of course was a Sunday, with a call to Coles, to which Jason Walker immediately responded. Early Monday, Robert appeared, evaluated the problem, and informed us the new motor would not be delivered until the 14th. In the meantime, Jason brought us a loaner motor, determined our thermostat was faulty as well, and arranged for a new thermostat. In all three visits to our home, Jason and Robert represented your organization in a professional and polite manner even though our questions and scrutiny were prevalent and constant. They were conscientious and responded with the same high standards always reflected by your company.

Our relationship with your business continues to be rewarding, appreciated, and enjoyable, even in the face of our perceived disaster. Thank you for caring about this relationship, for hiring and keeping quality people, and for serving our community with such competence.
